“We really enjoyed the Triana Market Tour and Andalusian cooking class. We have taken other cooking classes in Spain but very much enjoyed this one. My family enjoyed the salmorejo and spinach and chickpea dish, but the paella was a standout. 2 of us had the chicken paella, and 2 of us had the vegetarian paella. Luis and Pedro did a great job teaching about the history and traditions of Andalusian cuisine. We learned a lot, including how to break down a whole chicken and pare an artichoke. Great experience!”

“The views were unbelievable and the paella was very good. This tour was a bit more expensive than other tours we booked in Spain but was a very unique experience. The rooftop views are so unique. Tour happened at sunset so you got to enjoy both the day time and night time views of the city scape and the cathedral. Really breathtaking. Paella was very good. Nice learning experience. Great way to have a unique view point and a great dinner.”

No sign posted outside the address, directions were inaccurate, & then when presenter appeared to find us waiting in confusion outside, she said Viator had not been relaying event info w presenters as agreed. Then, demonstration was given by knowledgeable, competent, & kind young chef. Environment was attractive, but group orientation to the space (restrooms, emergency exits, etc.) wasn't given. The food was excellent, but the chef didn't seem to have restaurant service skills or instincts. Still, I would recommend this experience. However, Viator & the presenters need to get on board with accurate directions & communicati...”

“Not exactly what we were hoping for. The paella cooking demonstration and explanation was good but the paella ended up pretty darn salty. It was advertised as all you can drink but limited on the host seeing your empty glass. When the food was served there was nothing to drink. Most at our table just picked at the food and were finally given a glass of Sangria just before leaving. All in all better off saving your money.”
