“The city is beautiful! However, the employees of this company are very stupid with customers but between them they laugh! We were allowed one bottle of water per person, once they arrived at the station to collect it before our turn, they refused to give them to us. First we had to activate our ticket with the driver at the stop and return to the station to collect the bottle. The bus stop is not the same and as long as we made round trips for a bottle of water, we boarded the bus that was ready to go... we collected the water after the full tour. The driver seemed…”

“The cruise was lovely, nice to see the sights from the water, it gives a very different perspective to the city. Unfortunately we were not able to hear the commentary partly due to the quality and positing of the speakers, unfortunately these were drowned out by the loud and inconsiderate people behind us.
