Hands-on Spanish cooking in Seville, starting at Triana Market, then paella, sangria, and recipes you can recreate at home.

“We really enjoyed the Triana Market Tour and Andalusian cooking class. We have taken other cooking classes in Spain but very much enjoyed this one. My family enjoyed the salmorejo and spinach and chickpea dish, but the paella was a standout. 2 of us had the chicken paella, and 2 of us had the vegetarian paella. Luis and Pedro did a great job teaching about the history and traditions of Andalusian cuisine. We learned a lot, including how to break down a whole chicken and pare an artichoke. Great experience!”

Walk Seville’s Guadalquivir riverfront into Triana, with a small-group guide, markets, crafts, Inquisition ruins, and Mudéjar church stops.

“This tour was well worth the time and price. This Guided Small-Group Walking Tour turned out to be private! I was the only tour member who showed up. It was great. Miguel was a very good guide, he is a Spaniard with comprehensive knowledge of Spanish & European history, but also much more than that: He is very up-to-date with current events, and with viewing those through the prism of history. Miguel was warm and friendly and a great conversationalist. I came away from this tour with a good understanding of the history of Seville and its central place in the historical development of Spain as a country. My appreciation…”
